  1. Restart your Device.
    A lot of issues are easily resolved by simply restarting your iPhone or iPod Touch. If you are having problems, try this first.
  2. Redownload and Reinstall
    the Application.

    If restarting doesn't help, you may want to try re-downloading the application and installing it again. If you want to remove the application from your device first, just be aware that removing an application will delete application data for good.
 
 
Is my data backed up?
Yes. Data is backed up locally on your device. To ensure that data will not be lost, create an account with FishMobi and all catch information will be stored locally and online.

Syncronization of data is only available when device has access to the internet.

 
When I share data can I keep my catch location private?
Yes. In Settings under the General section you can simply turn off "Share Location" in order to keep your fishing location private.

When you post to Facebook or share via email your location will be hidden in order to keep your favorite fishing spot private.

 
When fishing without cell coverage does my app log jounal records?
Yes. The FishMobi application records data locally on your device and online. Weather may not be recorded based on cellular coverage.

All journal data will be backed up once cell coverage or WiFi connection is acquired.

 
Is the weather conditions recorded when without cell coverage?
No. When the FishMobi application can not aquire cell coverage or WiFi connection, the weather information will not be gathered based on the data and time of the journal entry.
 
Can I turn off the "Shake to Record" phone feature when recording a catch?
Yes. In Settings under he Record Catch section you can simply turn off "Shake to Record" in order to prevent unwanted journal entries when trolling or fishing on the go.
